I applied for a heat pump install subsidy from “Warmer Kiwi homes” who provided me with 3 installers. I chose BRIGHTR. What a dumb thing to do! – I should have read all the shockingly bad reviews on these fools! Stupidly I accepted their quote! I have been waiting ages for any form of response. I’ve made phone calls and been promised return calls, not received answers and had useless, pointless conversations with an indian and a woman who gives no answers, an occasional promise, excuses about product supply and workers shortages and just says the same thing, “I will get someone to call you” and they never do!
I eventually got an appointment for install, guess what, they never showed, didn’t call me to confirm – probably because they were never coming – I have had it from these useless scumbags. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!! I’m out. I’d rather freeze to death than have to deal with these people again!
In case you are wondering, when the install failed to materialise, I called them back. Told the help desk indian guy I was taking it further and told him to pass the message on to his supervisors and I hung up as talking with these people goes nowhere!
Surprise! I got a phone call back. I was away from the phone. She texted me an excuse not locking my install into her system then told me she could shift a few things around and they could do the install the following day from 12pm. Obviously, after all the messing around and hollow promises I declined by text and instructed her to cancel the install. If it was ever actually going to be one!
There’s a warning here. Always read and take seriously, Google and other customer reviews before commiting to any deal with any company!
